SCAdian life: I joined in 2004 in the Barony of Endless Hills with Clan Ice Phoenix. I have become an active member in the Barony offering my help and talents where and when I could. I am currently a local office holder and attempting to be co-autocrat of investiture 2006 (SCAdian year XL).
Persona Bio: My mother was Manx and my Father a Viking, needless to say I didn't see much of him. But heard a lot of stories about him. I lived with my mother most of my life. One winter, when the the Northmen came a viking, I managed to steal ones heart. Lord Eirik Haarfager Goransson took me into his house hold of Odlahorde, where we are raising our family.

Activities and Interests: Knitting, Needlework, reading, history, archaeology, Craft work, and crafts like jewelry making.

Other SCA Activities and Accomplishments: learned to knit in the round, taking up illumination and calligraphy for scroll work, helped out in event kitchens, assisted autocrats in event planning, set-up, running, and break down. Know basic cross-stich and embroidery. Currently trying to set up an auction site for our local merchants and artisans.
Mundane Bio: Currently Chatelaine for the Barony (takes up a lot of time), mom of three (takes up the rest of my time), and housewife (what housework?). Graduated from Mansfield University in 2000 with a BA in Anthropology. Have done archaeological excavation in Italy, Russia, and the US. Lived in Russia for two years. Was an Archaeology and language student at Volgograd State University for a few years on and off. Currently, also learning basic web design and html, php, mysql, etc...
